* Version 3.2.0.0 Redid Artist Notify to its own PopUp Notifier, and adds a few seconds to
the display time of it. Also Added a Setting for the Artist Notify; so you can now have
either Artist Notify, or Current Channel Artist/Song Notify, or Both. Added this History
